Pros

PTO earned each paycheck. Bonus once a year.

Cons

Its a call center. Non stop calls, evaluated every week compared to your fellow team employees in full on reports.

Pros

I highly recommend USAA both as an employee and as a customer. They really do try and treat everyone right.

Cons

As an insurance agent you are expected to do a lot of sales. Not the job for you if you do not like selling.
