Pros

Company insist you take your breaks and lunch away from you desk.

Cons

-Be mindful of what you're applying for. I was hired on as a CSR, however, I averaged 30+ outbound calls a day and only 10-15 inbound calls a day. Every outbound call I made was for Collections - you're 80% Collections Agent with about %20 of the pay for what most Collectors would make. -Micro-managing to the extreme. You're only allowed to make outbound calls when your Lead/Sup tells you to. When not making outbound calls you're to sit and wait for an inbound call (which could easily be 10-15 minutes in between calls). You're not to read a book or talk to your neighbor @ your desk. Just sit and wait. This may sound like a sweet gig to some - I assure you it's extremely boring staring at a blank monitor. -No Direct Deposit for USCB employees. I recall a time our HR manager left early on a Friday (payday) without handing out checks to anybody. -Impossible to meet quotas. For UCLA project you're required to handle at least 50 calls a day. Like I stated previously, this project had very few inbound calls and you were only allowed to make outbound calls when specifically told to do so. Therefore it was almost impossible to meet that quota. -Worse company, ethically and morally speaking, I've ever worked for. Customers calling in are routinely told our system is down when we don't have an answer for their question. No follow-up is performed. -Raises are given based on 'merit'. Which is another way for saying you're not going to get a raise. -If you give notice you're leaving the company for another job the manager, mine @ least, grilled me in a one-on-one meeting and tried to guilt me into staying. -Training is a joke. Our trainer was being trained via email from another trainer. Needless to say nobody was ready to go live on the floor.

Pros

The company is on Wilshire and the benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) are manageble.

Cons

Blacks and African Americans don't have a voice. The company is dominated by the Hispanics and filipinos. They have very strong alliance and the have family members in every department. If you have a problem with one, they will team up against you. The Executives Officers in USCB & RMS are they worst morons. They seem to favor people without education over those with education. The supervisors and lead brainwash the directors constantly and they end up taking drastic actions as fools. The company has been sued countless times and have lost. Dumb Company. If you know your worth, get the work experience if you really need it and get out as quick as possible.
