The pay was pretty decent and good bonus if you did get one

Management is all over the place a bunch of team leads and no actual team supervisors Goals are ridiculous

I am not sure what you mean by no "actual team supervisors"?? Managers have at least with two supervisors and 2 leads in our Henderson and Scottsdale offices. We do everything to make sure our employees are supported by any level of leadership, all the way to our VPs.
