Didn’t want to pay commission for big accounts that were closed and some management wasn’t professional

1. Nice work hours. 2. Being able to work remotely.

Cons

1. Poor communication on management end (Something that needs to be worked on) 2. Pay is very low for the amount of work/tasks you are assigned to complete with a goal in production to meet. 3. Too much micro-managing.
