Pros

There is no good reason to work here.

Cons

Recruitment is based off of skewed numbers and false information. The office I worked in was run by two inexperienced FSLs that found themselves in charge after their superior jumped ship less than one year into their time there. Inappropriate "celebrations" for progress that included demonstrating sex with a rubber chicken by demand of the FSLs. It wasted a lot of time and even more money to begin. The office was more concerned with appearing legitimate than actually being legitimate. Agents joined and left every month or so and it turned into a telemarketer center more than your own business as was pitched at recruitment. Once I complained, I was told by my regional manager that I was "dumb" for reporting them and that I was fired. Corporate transferred me to another office but the issues were never addressed more resolved. We were also told we had to go on review websites and leave positive reviews to drown out all the negative ones.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Your opinion is important to us. Without question, we would like to see every independently contracted agent be successful with our system. Unfortunately, that would be an unrealistic expectation. Company-provided leads are never meant to serve as a primary source of prospecting but rather, are intended to supplement the agent's local marketing activities. Agents who do their own prospecting generally enjoy remarkable sales results with roughly 1/3 of sales coming from their own efforts, 1/3 from referrals and 1/3 from company-provided leads. While the USHA contract is explicit in its definition of captivity, I do not see the word "slave" or any similar connotation listed within our contracts. Our captivity clause is intended to prevent potential distractions in order to ensure agents focus on leveraging our system and our products to maximize their opportunity for success. While the "Top" agents you refer to, are generally those who follow our system, we can also cite numerous brand new agents who have also found unparalleled success with the USHA system.
