      Pros

      Great pay, benefits and marketing to the external world of what they do

      Cons

      I’ll make this clear and easy to read: 1. Unlimited PTO means don’t take a day off for the first year. Phil Larson (COO) says that when you get hired. 2. Depending on the office, you either have winners who want you to win. Or winners who push you down. Specifically, secondary cities. 3. Management pushes c suite agenda of no days off and “literal running to appointments” is honorable 4. HR pushes C suite agenda and manipulates things they say to drive away lawsuits 5. I watch co workers get declined leave for tenure of less than a year.

      Underpaid and no raises with increasing workloads

      Pros

      There are really no pro’s to this job aside from a paycheck. If you can hack it you’ll have a job for life honestly.

      Cons

      Management is incompetent and they look for areas to dock employees to short bonuses. There are no raises yet mike so card likes to talk about all the organic growth every over week. NEWS FLASH WE DONT CARE, how about the talk when you say employees are getting an 5-10% annual raise based on performance instead of a 0-5% bonus. This company thinks they are fooling us but we see through them, shorting our pay while saying they care. Not committing to annual raises to people who put years into the company. It makes no sense

      Horrible place to work. No rhyme or reason to how accounts are assigned.

      Decent benefits. Nice coworkers. Remote.

      Cons

      Everything else. Impossible work loads for account managers. High turnover in service staff. Accounting department is horrible, which causes more work for an already overwhelmed account managers. Absolutely unorganized in how accounts are assigned. Why does a NJ account manager have an account with only an earthquake policy out of CA? Just a feeling of being defeated every single day. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
