It is an outdoor facility run by a bunch of lawyers. Their mission statement is complete BS, especially the part about developing environmental stewardship. They don't recycle anything (fact), everything is mixed together at the end of the day and thrown out as trash. After the incident in 2016, the channels were extensively cleaned and wheelbarrows full of slime and gunk was dumped in the woods by reluctant employees. Management is not outdoor minded at all, and will not take any advice or constructive criticism from staff. They recently began paying starting employees much better, but that is because the old staff was tired of the toxic work environment management created and left for better options. They are paying better now because they are desperate for employees to return.

CEO is literally insane and will stop at nothing to make your day hell He has his merry band of brothers right behind him to also make your day hell. He hired all of his friends for CFO and marketing positions and none of them know how to do their job so they come down and tell you how to do yours. Woman in marketing is a psychopath and comes down every day for a free meal and to complain about the dressing like shes Gordan Ramsey. This place will work you to death and not even care. Turnover rate is extremely high because people realize how horrible of a place it is to work
