Rewarding Work, Heavy Workload

Pros

Fast paced work environment where no day is the same. There are plenty of opportunities to bring your own creative ideas to life. This specific role plays a heavy part in the well being of the community, and truly shows the importance of the organization. The work will always be rewarding, meaningful and impactful.

Cons

Starting salary is less than desirable for the amount of work required, but yearly bonuses will make it manageable after a few years. Work culture is demanding and stressful, especially if you care about the work you do. The cultural differences working in this center can be frustrating.
