Pros

Pay Paid Time Off (You'll never get to use it though) Volunteers can be friendly Company Store has decent items 401K Match is competitive

Cons

Leadership is hired from corporate america, and often are paid far higher than anyone else in the company. HR is solely to protect upper leadership and in no way is there to support the team. The company is entirely focused on fundraising and elite donor relations. Volunteers and Service Members are at the bottom of the list. It is no wonder that other organizations have started to pop up in the gaps left by USO's poor support of the military. You will never get to use PTO, and will lose any accrued PTO when you leave the company, regardless of the circumstances.
