The USO Mission is the only thing that hold a lot of staff here. What the USO does for our troops is tremendous

Cons

- Work Life Balance HORRIBLE - No support from director and above - No training but penalized for not following standards - Benefits and Compensation is going downhill for everything they are requiring from their staff - One of the core values is DO THE RIGHT THING and USO lacks that tremendously especially in the PACIFIC. It is more like turn a blind eye. Huge turn over in the PACIFIC for lack of leadership and support
