Benefits, pay, some good coworkers

Cons

Little to no autonomy, heavily monitored breaks, vacation requests were difficult, heavy call volume, feedback unimportant, after leaving they treat you as if you never worked there

Customers are really rude, very high call volume, doing 4 jobs in one, not great flexibility.
