IT managers in my department were bullies IT managers lacked respect for their subordinates Skills, abilities, and customer satisfaction didn't matter as much as being popular in the IT management group for promotions and bonuses Pay is way too low and IT did not give appropriate salary adjustments when the University made the adjustments They will low-ball you on salary when they hire you

UT School of Public health senior management to be avoided at all costs. If you need to work directly or near one of the associate deans - do not take the job. That particular environment is utterly toxic.
