Total Compensation is top tier for Romania

Cons

They discriminate female employees when they have kids, completely ignoring local law. Also, expectations seem to be higher and rarely met by female employees compared to their male counterparts

Have Great Pay. And Good benefits.

Cons

Pathetic management. Highly non-inclusive environment. Managers are highly susceptible to keep their region's people. If you are not one of them, either keep grinding till layoff, or just resign for your peace. There is a big price for the great pay, and unfortunately, pay is the only good thing. No work life balance. Forget about your life while you're here.
