Pros

Have Great Pay. And Good benefits.

Cons

Pathetic management. Highly non-inclusive environment. Managers are highly susceptible to keep their region's people. If you are not one of them, either keep grinding till layoff, or just resign for your peace. There is a big price for the great pay, and unfortunately, pay is the only good thing. No work life balance. Forget about your life while you're here.

Good product with good legacy and market presence. Good pay, and excellent opportunity to make money if you make your numbers

Cons

Territories change and split of countries, senior leaderhsip allow biases and favorism resulting in a very bad work culture.
