Pros
Preaching innovation and thinking outside the box in the early days . Tried to focus on a market that wasn’t served in the way it should.
Cons
To extend from the pros uipath started very well and should have focused on being acquired . The stock price is very alarming considering people investing in the stock are not realizing the market is getting saturated with choice, competition, and price. Management puts more effort in pressing people to put reviews that highlight a very rosy picture versus trying to overcome any pitfalls. The previous executive that was booted out was handling finance for a big tech company before and after she was forced to leave because she called out many of these issues along with the fact that the company is sort of following in the steps of hyping up a technology that has shortcomings and a little more innovation with ai and semantics from a bigger player could destroy the business model . It has become focused on creating an aura to hype up public investors to pour in money despite facing serious hurdles and challenges to fight against competition . People in our team who have spoken about it to management were mostly fired . It’s pretty surprising when management preaches about hiring the right people and values when they don’t adhere to the same standard when people disagree with the agenda. Disagreements are essential and sometimes needed to grow a company and give everyone a reality check it shouldn’t be just used as a leverage tool to take a persons job away . We also have responsibilities now to the mass public to educate them on where the technology is rather than focus on hype. Let’s work together and make a better product and diversify through open honest and real conversations ( all of which are core ideals management preaches).
