Pros

Good product. Leading edge technology.

Cons

The company was headed in the right direction until greed and egos got in the way. What was once a great place to work, became a heartless, stressful, frustrating, micro-managed nightmare. With some success under their belts Management quickly forgot about their mantra “be humble”. Greed, Greed and more Greed was the new driver on this bus. Lots of good, smart, loyal, hard-working people have left in the past several months. Myself among them. It’s unfortunate and very sad.

A company which doesn’t follow its own values

Pros

Free lunch, equity which you can’t do much with until the company IPOs or sells, snacks, flexible time (if the manager allows it)

Cons

The layoffs could have been completely avoided if the CEO had a decent strategy from the start instead of hiring like mad and growing the company at an unstable rate. In recent times budgets and cuts had been brought in, such as the travel freeze (only trips to clients allowed), but let’s not forget those who have used the company and milked it for absolutely anything, such as flying out to places to which they don’t need to be there for, top of the range hotels, overpriced and unnecessary ‘team dinners’, equipment they don’t need, taking Ubers for personal sightseeing and the list goes on. It’s those people that need to be targeted but looks like they may have slipped the radar for this time. Those who have been left behind feel demotivated as there is no job security. Who knows how far away the next lay-off phase will be? Clearly UiPath does not appreciate all of the hard work put in by some of their best employees.

Pros

Unlimited time off lol kidding, they will come down on you hard any time you do, but that is only in the US.

Cons

Culture is fake, full of ego driven maniac managers with no clue or regards to process, I have never seen such blatant disrespect to employees in my career. Company wont pay bonuses or commissions, will work against anyone getting any money except for the leadership team. RPA product is really not ready for prime time, small deals VS large quotas is NOT good math.
