Lack of training, small bonus, only 2% match 401k, lazy project managers and poor scheduling, sometimes too fast-paced

Thanks for the review. I am glad you appreciate Ulteig's flexibility and other aspects of our total rewards package. I hope you have spoken with your manager about the additional training that you need. Regarding your point on the 2% 401(k) match: the reason for that is because the company invests significantly more in the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), which is also a retirement benefit, and is 100% company funded.

Ulteig's walks the walk for its values (client success, integrity, enthusiasm, inclusion, agility, and innovation). The ESOP transparency is the clearest of anywhere I have ever worked. The growth opportunity both professionally and personally is strong as we continue to expand into markets. Accountability is ingrained in the flexibility Ulteig provides every day.

Cons

Some initiatives are rolled out before they have been fully fleshed out and make for some growing pains. Having fixed holidays around Thanksgiving/Christmas time instead of floating holidays.
