I love working at Ulteig. Flexibility is huge, I am recognized as a person who has a life outside of work and am allowed the flexibility to complete my work and have a work-life balance. I also love that Ulteig is an Employee Owned company (ESOP) and love working towards increasing the companies value which benefits all of us!

Great people, professional, great leadership, employee owned. Lots to learn. Diverse skills can be developed.

Cons

Tight deadlines, can be high pressure sometimes, wish there was more formal training process.
