Great to choose remote, hybird, or office locations. Forty hour work weeks are the norm and you can choose the times that you work.

Cons

Major clients are abrasive and unsupportive. Lead Engineers are often asked to do everything from scope, budget, schedule, design, client communication, and QC.

Pros

Company culture is very good, room for fast growth as long as you want to put in the work. The relationship from the bottom to upper management is great. Offices are very nice to work at.

Cons

The company has no lack of work to do. It's busy, but not too much as long as you are willing to try.

The 401(k) is lower than many organizations; since the company is an employee-owned ESOP organization, that annual contribution, which is much more significant than the 401(k) match, is a key part of the overall retirement plan at Ulteig.
