Based on our benchmarking, we are in line with the broader market on our PTO plan, especially since we provide service credit for professional tenure at other organizations. We have an opportunity to improve the diversity of our workforce; we have built a roadmap to holistically address diversity, equity and inclusion. You will hear more about this soon. We also recognize that we have room to improve technology adoption, and have been pursuing a strategy to that effect. I hope these comments are helpful.
