It's definitely a fast past environment for noobs, but overtime people learn, improve, and flourish. Opportunity can not go without being mentioned. Is rare to see a company in the middle of Richmond that gets to build such a diverse set of products. Whether its contributing to one of the 2 more populate enterprise products Unboxed offers or being a part of the custom world that can pretty much build anything that can help your Sales Team perform. It's always something new, fun, and challenging.
Cons
Working for a small company means you can't hide. Everyone has to do their part and work hard to take on new roles and responsibilities. An unfortunate side effect of this is turnover. When things don't work the company proactively makes change.
