Pros

Overall a great bunch of people. Growing company made every day different. Fast paced agency environment was exciting and fun. Great clients - made some deep connections and friendships in a short time.

Cons

What I was hired to do was not actually what CEO and COO really wanted. I left a great job to come on board under false pretenses. Both my predecessor and successor had the same issue with role clarity and expectations. Since I left, there are 17 new people in place, which is great, right? Seems like growth, but the reality is almost that many have left.

Pros

The people here are top notch and they really care about their work and client satisfaction. Training opportunities abound. The work is very interesting and challenging. Paid time off is very flexible and management is concerned with work / life balance. The culture and work environment is great. Everybody is open to change and continuous improvement. The size of the company lends itself to a lot of responsibility. There is a strong desire here to set folks up for success. Time is allotted for professional development so personal growth is there is you have a desire to better yourself. The people here are always ready to help.

Cons

The company is small and going through typical growing pains with regard to process. There is a lot of visibility into your work from all levels including executive management so if you're not comfortable with that this may not be the place for you. Small team sizes result in high expectations, but every effort is made to help individuals succeed. Benefits could be better.

Great People, Culture, and Management

Pros

It's incredible to work with so many intelligent people. Management allows employees to be creative and ensure that everybody is heard. After all, 8 brains are better than 2! No one works in a silo. Managers care about their employees and foster personal growth and a great work-life balance. 360 feedback is always welcome. The owners of the company believe in paying their employees for the talent they bring. I've never worked for a company that spends and invests so much money in the growth of their employees by allowing more than half of the company to go to a presentation and learn/grow.

Cons

One of the biggest cons here is that because it's such a growing company, there can sometimes be a lack of process. People flourish here when they are able to adapt to change as well as be a part of it.
