At first very open and fun place to be. The culture and core values appear to be positive. The offices were located in downtown Denver.

Cons

Diversity is not in the vocabulary. On the outside it may seem so but not until you are in the company that you realize the truth.

Pros

Some great passionate, creative individuals work here and it makes for fun people to work with. Some of the talent here is outstanding and has so much potential. If you like to travel, there's a chance you will spend plenty of time on the road in some very cool locations.

Cons

Lots of talk about a culture of thriving and authenticity but very little practical execution. Severe integrity issues in leadership, with some sketchy practices that would land a larger company in court. The founder has a grand vision but several crippling blind spots. Lots of enablement and little accountability.

Pros

I find a lot of company cultures to be marketing jargon on a website, but that is not the case with Unbridled. It is something that the employees and leadership drive through a variety of different initiatives that engage and create a strong community of talented, friendly, and fun people. It's a work hard, play hard environment, which I personally appreciate. I feel valued and I have the independence to take the lead on projects and offer advice on ways we can be more innovative. This is definitely NOT a place where you will be micromanaged - they want their people to thrive and be happy.
