Culture is a hoax, pay is nothing, cool office

Pros

You get to travel, some amazing people work there and lots of fun things happen around the office. Periodically meals are provided and paternity leave is upheld.

Cons

We are hugely based off of our culture and it is completely false. We work 60 hours a week on average, work weekends, nights, and even holidays (if I client requests it). We never say no to business therefore some very unrealistic deadlines are expected and pay is next to nothing.
