Pros

Treated like a person not a employee number. Very flexible work/life balance. Top concern is for employees. This is shown through numerous employee benefits such as an employee loan program, employee therapy program, employee relief fund, RV trips, camping trips and even an all-company trip to Cabo. Pay is fair, even for entry level employees with little or no experience. Great people in every department. So much FUN to go to work. Co-workers are more like family.

Cons

Depending on the department, can be a very poor work/life balance. For these people it is often made up for by all the free travel to some very amazing places.

Low pay, lacking leadership, doesn’t care

Pros

Some amazing people and clients. Every day brings something new so it’s never boring.

Cons

This place promotes a healthy work/life balance but you soon learn it’s all a farce. The pay is way too low considering the rising costs of living in Denver and hours you’ll actually put in - don’t expect less than a 10 hour day if you’re lucky. The company is raking in money at the expense of our lives and gives nothing in return. Good luck getting a chance to ever take a lunch break or spend time with your family - even when you’re at home in bed at 9 pm, you’re still expected to be available. Turnover has been especially high lately as a result. Some great people lost too soon and set up to fail.

Pros

Even though I'm definitely what others might see as "low" on the totem pole in terms of my position at Unbridled, I can honestly say that I've never encountered a company that SUPPORTS, cares for, and honors me as a team member as much as Unbridled does. I feel inspired each day to dig deep into what it is that I aspire to professionally and personally, and I know with conviction that my Unbridled team desires to help launch me into whatever my right path is. They are consistently eager to check in and hear "where I'm at," how they can serve me, and how they can provide opportunities for my growth. When I discovered Unbridled online, I literally thought the company was a scam! Because of how authentic and values-driven it sounded, I thought there was no way something like it could exist. But I've learned after working here that it's definitely NOT a scam, and that each employee - no matter their past, their lifestyle, their dreams - is valued as an integral part of the big picture. I love the diversity of our workplace and the opportunity to come together for meals or happy hours to connect. As far as the leadership is concerned, I've never encountered such hard workers that inspire me to raise the bar and keep striving...leaders who aim for HUMILITY and RELATIONSHIP in how they lead, not just for the "bottom line." The President is the first one in each and every morning and aims to connect with each team member the best he can! And I've never seen such zeal and commitment on behalf of our team to create unique, unrepeatable, and personalized events for each of our clients. Our project managers are constantly striving to connect our clients not only with a great "product," but ultimately with an event that will help them connect with their own teams. Overall, I'm giving Unbridled 5 stars because of the all-around integrity, commitment, passion, and emphasis on relationship that I've experienced day in and day out.

Cons

The interview process was super long, but it turns out that it's that way because the President meets with each final candidate before hiring - to hear where that person's coming from, what they dream of, and how he can help make that happen.
