Too bad the money goes to anybody other than employees.

Thank you for submitting your review. We put a lot of work into ensuring our salary ranges are competitive in the hospitality industry. Of course, there can be variations between industries, but we have received positive feedback regarding our compensation ranges across departments. We also make upgrades to our benefits package on a yearly basis which provides even more value to the total compensation package for our employees. We value all of our people, including our tech people. We are also committed to providing our teams with the resources and support they need to do their jobs effectively. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our technology and have changed and upgraded multiple platforms over the years. Of course, there is always new technology to evaluate, which we continue to do.

Pros

The people who work here are amazing -- for the first few weeks I kept waiting for the catch, but there is so much genuine care and support. Expectations are very clear and it feels like they set you up for success. There's a strong culture that everyone is invited to be a part of.

Cons

There isn't much racial diversity within the company though I know it's something they're working on.

Pros

I am continually amazed that I get to work for this awesome company. The connection and culture here makes Unbridled the best! We conquer the hard parts of the job together, and support one another in all we do. Unbridled has helped me grow professionally, and personally. Previous employers have used fear as a motivator and what I love about Unbridled is that it's the exact opposite. We're motivated by the hope and belief we have in one another. Unbridled is here to love people to life, and they have done that for me. I’ve grown in so many ways, because of the encouragement that is freely given to me. Our team values people over positions and we’re encouraged to stand in the gap and grow what our passions are. Also, I love how we give 20% of our profits to charities, and we get to connect and get hands on with the organizations we partner with. Recently, Unbridled upgraded the PTO plan and it’s the icing on the cake. The company increased our PTO from 3 weeks to 4 weeks, and added a companywide shutdown at the end of the year to allow for rest and celebration with our families. I love how Unbridled celebrates one another, and the addition of a 3 year milestone with additional benefits is incredible. Our team values the feedback they receive and leadership listens!! I am truly blessed to work with the best!
