We currently have a group of over 100 amazing employees and contractors working on our team. While we have hired a lot of bright, new people during our growth since the onset of Covid, our average tenure is 4 years, and we have quite a few team members who have been with the company for much longer (up to 28 years). We celebrate our 40th anniversary this year. While we are pained to read negative reviews, we are a very open and transparent company, and we encourage anyone concerned about these reviews to meet as many of our new and longer-term folks as possible to get a feel for our culture and the general level of happiness in the company.

fter a negative review is posted, the President might post a message to make you feel good. It's all fake!

Cons

It was another small company with terrible leadership. The work-life balance was awful, as there was always a staff shortage. The workload was insane and gave me stress-related dark circles. Even the daily exhaustion was horrible as it meant no sleep for hours. It was ridiculous. The worst experience! BEWARE!

There are some nice people that work there, however, they are all trying to find another job since UC is such a toxic work environment.

Cons

Management is horrible, negative & the turnover is high.

This review is as far from the truth as possible. Anyone can write completely ugly reviews. Glassdoor does not verify anything, including employment unfortunately; reviewers don't have to have ever worked at the company. We have a large group of amazing people here. They are engaged and collaborative. We have a large array of managers who are working closely with their teams, continuously improving. We live by these core values: 1. Lead with transparency, integrity, and heart. 2. Dive in and swim. You make it happen. 3. Learn, grow, and apply what you know. 4. Take others with you on the journey.
