Pros

There are some good people, unfortunately they are not the leaders.

Cons

Unless you are in the clique you might as well assume there is no future. 80% of the product can be replicated with freeware. Lost largest account and trying to cut their way to profitability. Lost any chance of going public and most likely any chance of being acquired. Continues to purchase other bad companies to make headlines not because it actually makes the company better.

fake sale bookings leaders clueless 3 more layoffs coming my way or the highway says CEO this is where you go to kill a career
