Good vision, poor execution

Pros

The product seemed great if it would ever be deployed. Deployment times were super long. I don't know how customers justified paying for the product.

Cons

Long deployment lead times. High turnover of staff ranging from engineers to execs. Severe Nepotism. Frequent layoffs

Cool tech, suspect leadership

Pros

- Conceptual platform play - In front of market trends - Lots of VC backing

Cons

- Sales leadership is novice, at best - Products don't talk to each other (not a true platform) - CRO is a micro-manger with no direct sales experience

Pros

Pay is decent if you can maintain sanity and just do whatever is told to you.

Cons

Unless you are a "yes man" and suck up to the co founders and do anything they say, you will not survive. Compliment them on their designer clothes and shoes which is what they seem to like the most. Revenues and sales are projected to astronomical levels while what is actually coming in is close to non existent. Constant lying and posturing from executive team. CFO is lost and does not know how to manage investor funds or what is required for revenue. Executives will blame any chance they get for mistakes they made.
