Pros

pick this place if you prefer to be left in the dark, to see good people let go so execs can hire their inexperienced friends and family, and you don't mind hearing falsifying sales and revenue numbers at the all hands

Cons

execs say there is revenue growth, then get investors to commit more money, there isn't growth there isn't any sales, turnover is sky high in every team and in every location, H.R. increases their salary and pays their own bonus then cries "reduced or no bonuses" due to poor performance (while ceo claims 10x growth) culture was good before this team came in now its all about making the company look solvent return to work has been nightmarish with few execs (again lots of H.R.) claiming desks and working from home or sitting in private conference rooms for hours - we come in then sit in the hallways or outside

Pros

Great co-workers, teams mostly work well together and Hybrid work options are positive

Cons

Disorganized. Not certain why Uniphore professes to be an AI company but doesn’t implement its own solutions in their workflows. Each group/division uses different PM tools, manual note taking and key takeaways/outcomes/summaries. Many of the products Uniphore sells could be utilized to set those standards, establish best practices and ensure accuracy of each employee’s role. Instead it’s everyone jotting down notes and to do’s without any real ownership.

Pros

-Good industry sector- conversational AI -Good cloud platform -Rapidly expanding tooling

Cons

-ISO (stock options) overvalued, no deferral on exercise for cap gains (FMV-Strike). FMV not adjusted downward. -Not SaaS product, in name only, just pricing model, contracts. Most contracts (ex Jacada, Red Box) not yielding cash due to miss selling, change in customer preference, not availability of product -no real AI- all based on automation, key word spotting and training- by humans they call BAs -co founders not from enterprise software space- have never done it but have full authority -no culture since they bought tech (RPA Automation - Jacada), (Telephony Integration - Red Box)
