Pros

Co-workers were great people. There are a lot of associates at every store so you're sure to find friends in them. They are the only reason I stuck with the company for so long.

Cons

They expect their associates to act like soldiers in an army. The level of discipline they expect was demeaning and unnecessary. The manager was a USC grad but had absolutely no people skills (or social skills) so she made the atmosphere miserable. They played favorites and promoted people based on how much they fit the 'image' and how well managers liked them, rather than how hard they worked or their knowledge about the operations. At one point I was training people that were making more than me. They also pressure you and sort of blame you when the store doesn't hit the sales target.

Pros

you will always meet new people.

Uniqlo does not appreciate their associates. They always find excuses not to promote you. Management is really corrupted. LP tries to set up associates to be fired. people on management does favoritism.

Pros

-30% Employee discount - Sick Time - for every 30 hours worked -Pay Day is every two weeks - Coworkers - You can/will make friends! -Management - Isn't on your case 24/7, flexible . Can ask them questions, bring up your concerns with them -Location is easy to get to next to the one on Newbury Street unlike mall location -Call out line - Utilize it when you can't show up for work or go to late -Call 2 hrs in advance prior to your shift Don't be an associate who doesn't call/ don't show up for work!late *Call 2 hrs in advance prior to your shift Don't be an associate who doesn't call/ don't show up for work! - If you want a decent job that pays your bills etc. Not picky about where you will work. Retail is good place to start!

Cons

-Paid Time Off is ONLY offered to Full-Time Employees (FTE). It should be offered to part time employees as well. -Lack of benefits for especially part-time employees. All of the above are just perks, but not really benefits except the 30% discount
