Pros

You get to meet a lot of diverse and cool people. They really make working here manageable. Decent salary. I helped open one of the stores and it was really fun and exciting.

Cons

24/7 smiling. This is so dumb and fake I got customers telling me that people looked unnatural and creepy. Management doesn't really care to much about you since you are replaceable. Our break room for 30+ employees was as small as the manager's office; and we got a mini fridge instead of a regular sized one...

Pros

Tons of training, with the expectation that you will be able to self-manage.

Cons

While transitioning into corporate is -possible-, it's very difficult. Hours for floor associates can be slim sometimes.
