Pros

Learn how to perfect fold clothes

Cons

Schedule is not fixed and flexible. Have to submit time-off request sheet two weeks ahead of time and this does not guarantee that your request will be approved. If request not approved, the only choice will be to call-out, however if you call-out for too many times, you will be given a warning letter. You are not allowed to switch or swap your shift with anyone unless you get the approval of the manager which is so annoying.

Pros

I love the clothes, met some cool people. The staff generally are friendly and helpful. The pay is good if you get hours. $200-500.But some upper management are rude or just treat you like you're stupid. Condescending. Depending on which floor you're on, you create bonds with other workers so it's comfortable. You suffer together.

Cons

Management is a mess. Disorganized, rash, there's no structure. You get pulled all over even though they "designates" zones. Like 90% of the time they NEVER followed the DSW. Maybe 3 times. The worst part working here is EXTREMELY LONG HOURS. 2pm to 11pm shifts. Crazy! You feel dead once it ends..if it ends.. holidays was terrifying nightmare.
