Pros

After working in the food industry, retail was such a breath of fresh air. Uniqlo specifically had a lot of standards and set rules that were easy to follow. It's fair to say that most work places can be a little hectic with their expectations but Uniqlo is fairly clear in what they expect. There are set paths you can follow to advance in the company.

Cons

Even though having a clear set of rules can make things easier to follow... they can also be overwhelming when standards are set too high.

Pros

Some of the loveliest and hardworking people work there, good store discount, most of the time it's not too overwhelming

Cons

Understaffed / lots of employees constantly call out Overworked, break room is crowded with product boxes, online orders, and sometimes actively working employees who process the online orders. Bad management and scheduling. Many part time employees who are college students requested 15-20 hours, only to get 35+ a week. Too much product in the back of house. So many boxes of unprocessed product piles up and blocks bathroom doors and narrows exit hallways
