Yes! We have been challenging ourselves with a zeal to achieve the audacious goal of modernizing our Org. and catching up today's fast changing world. Unfortunately, we have been in our comfort zone for far too long. Now is the time to make a difference and we are committed to it. But, certainly not at the cost of employee inconvenience rather with a chartered plan of action and well curated SOPs. I am proud to say that associates have been very supportive of this cause.

Thank you for your feedback. 2021 was a very tough year for all of the world. With plummeting business and depleting income, I candidly agree that we couldn't offer more. But times have changed now, we are back in business and do offer competing compensations. We do have few opportunities if want to give it a one more shot with us.
