Freedom of schedule and great beginner sales experience.

Cons

Company doesn't have a good benefits package. Company product and value proposition is not up to par in industry. Opportunity for residual commission is limited by customer turnover and poor back office service.

Cons

Terrible management, even worse franchise management. They will fire you without any written warning, micro-manage.

Great way to get good sales experience if you are still new to the game. Good commission depending on franchise location

Cons

They have a vested interest to fire you after a year. They promise you 100k a year. that's why they don't even have a protocol for when someone quits. You have to consistently meet both new margin growth and new account activations. It's easier for them to fire you and keep your book of business . they may even make you pay for training if you quit
