      Pros

      Training from corporate was very good, constant update on how you fare against your peers, tons of marketing material that you can order online to help in your sales process

      Cons

      Lack of training or support from local management, poor benefits, tons of use from your personal cell phone with no cell allowance and no phones in the office, high quotas and demands expected

      not much. base is a joke, commisions are good if you last long enough to build a company base, problem is,you only have 3 months to do this.

      Cons

      Poor service, horrible management. I am leaving this joke of a job as soon as I secure another. You are one bad month from being fired at all times. Do not give you a chance to build your pipeline, you better get results fast or you will be gone. I have seen them fire good people within 3 months. It is just a horrible business plan. Selling UPS is close to impossible. They will not last long in the express side of the business. Freight side is decent, b but you are a missed pick up from losing your bread and butter customers, which you have zero control over. Stressful job to say the least.
