Cons
Toxic work environment. They will make you work from 8-5 and expect you to do all analysis/prep work at home. If you aren't selling for all hours between 8-5 they ridicule you. When is there time for development? Is this high school? Why can't I do my prep work during the work day? In addition, people have been asked for doctors notes if they call out sick to prove that they were actually sick. Again, are we in high school? I feel bad for all the kids graduating college because they don't know better. They see the OTE and think this is great; fair warning, it's not. The owner of the company would rather lose a customer over a $50 account credit than resolve it like a normal company would.
