Pros

uncapped commission good base salary good training promotion ability

Cons

Very antiquated resources No CRM, often calling businesses directly after another AE did because there was no way to keep track of it franchise based so it made the above issue even more difficult lead information is kept on index cards had to share a hotel room with a colleague I had known for 3 weeks during a mandatory training, no reimbursements for travel expenses/food long working hours, often staying long beyond scheduled hours, prospecting is required to be done at home so even after those long hours you are still working.

Pros

Beer in the office and free coffee. You can succeed and hit quota if you are a great salesperson. But if you are, why work here for below the industry average? I worked there in 2020 so maybe things have changed.

Cons

I was told in the final interview that there is a lot of turnover. This should be the first red flag. There is absolutely no sales training whatsoever, you just sit in a room and listen to someone cold call for two days, then you are on your own. The office has no windows except for the management offices so it is really a depressing place to be. Only 5 holidays off a year. If UPS is working, you are working. If you are reading this looking for a first job out of college stay away. Nowhere to move up in the company and only the manager has the sales tools necessary to find leads. As stated in another review: My computer still had all the personal files of the previous employee which is a huge safety concern. If you are looking for a place to start a sales career, this is not the place.
