Pros
Flight benefits are what keeps most people. The team I worked with were outstanding. The network of other admins was also an outstanding resource. But the changeover in management caused problems. Printing policies and info on the internet was also valuable.
Cons
Inconsistency on leadership. Had to fight to get good resources and training although the job itself was not difficult. In efforts to save costs, would not always staff adequately enough. Management playing favorites caused dissention and made having a union shop absolutely necessary for fair treatment. Also, their efforts to self-audit on accounting meant they really did not follow patterns that would allow anyone to actually know good profit and loss figures. It was an accountants nightmare or dream depending on how you looked at it.
