Everyone at UGT is of the mindset team first self second. It's very refreshing to work with a team of like minded people. The workflow is consistent and communication is never an issue.

Pros

I was pursued by HR after noticing my resume online and offered a position, I found them eager to help and very accommodating. The recruiter was helpful and genuinely cared about securing my acceptance of a position with the company. They care very much about their employees and clients so they go above and beyond to serve the clients expectations. My initial experience so far has been nothing but positive and there appears to be room for advancement for proactive people. The company is and has penetrated multiple sectors of the business and corporate world as well as government also, I see great things for the future with this employer.
