Everyone at UGT is very responsive UGT communicates with me periodically My salary is always deposited on time I have not have the opportunity to meet anyone at UGT in person, but everyone I have spoken to/ or emailed has always have a positive attitude

Pros

I've been working at UGT full-time. It is s a great company to work for. Great team, everyone is always willing to help each other (you feel like it is your family). There's a sense of excitement and true commitment to the work. If you want to grow fast, that is the place for you. Differently, from big companies, at UGT you are not only a number.

Cons

Fast-paced environment, you must be proactive and think outside the box.
