Pros

flight benefits WHEN you can use them

Cons

the scamming and unprofessionalism is OFF the charts. I have NEVER worked for a more unprofessional company in America OR anywhere else in the world. They treat their employees like they are slaves, lie to them every chance they can, and expect employees to be treated like trash and say NOTHING. Plus, I have never worked anywhere that you must PAY someone to pick up your shifts, which seems borderline illegal

United Ground Express is committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, and compliant workplace. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for your five to seven years of service with UGE. We truly appreciate your commitment and the contributions you’ve made during your time with us. It’s great to hear that you’ve enjoyed the flight privileges—these benefits are a point of pride for many of our team members, and we’re glad they added value to your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve felt the expectations were high without compensation that matched your perspective. Aviation is a fast-paced, safety-driven industry, and we know the demands can be challenging. That said, your concerns are important to us. We regularly review our compensation structure and operational expectations to ensure we are staying competitive while supporting the well-being of our employees. Your comments about management and micromanaging are also taken seriously. Strong leadership and trust-based working relationships are essential to a positive workplace. We’re continually investing in leadership development and communication training to ensure employees feel supported—not controlled—in their daily work. Despite the challenges you’ve shared, UGE continues to be a great place to build a career. Our teams are filled with dedicated, diverse, and passionate individuals who take pride in keeping customers safe and operations running smoothly. We offer growth opportunities, travel benefits, professional support, and a culture that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement. We appreciate your honesty and your years with us. Our goal is always to learn, evolve, and make UGE a place where people feel respected, supported, and proud to work. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.
