Enjoyed working with kids -- love the challenge

Cons

Kids are not allowed to go to church and volunteer chaplain was discouraged from ministering. Do not question therapies or therapy groups.

Poor Management Poor Communication Poor Pay Employees are not kept in the loop regarding therapeutic decisions despite being on the floor 99.9% of the time. Horrid schedule Employees are overworked Employees are asked to go beyond the job description and the therapists & management are asked to perform to little.
