-Impact -Experience -The opportunity to play and hang out with youth
Cons
-Onboarding experience was rushed because of high turnover -Little to no support from your actual manager if you don’t work the same shift as them (which you probably won’t) -Very little follow up or training after the initial period - You are basically thrown out on your own and have to figure out how to handle difficult situations while also filling out a ton of paperwork - You’ll get called in beyond your hours if paperwork is incorrect and they didn’t care about other responsibilities/careers
