Pros

Coworkers , 401k matching, overtime seasonally available for hourly employees

Cons

Your salary in the OSR position is 25k annually. Your commission is between 1-3% of the rental based on the rate you achieve. However to be competitive in your market it's rarely possible to earn more than 1%. Another disadvantage is the splitting of territories. Territories that used to have one rep now have 3. Senior reps are making less than ever. The favoritism aspect others have commented is definitely true. Your DSM and DM that you work for will make or break your career.

Pros

There is a lot of freedom and they give you the tools and training you need to be successful. Anyone in the sales positions are more than willing to help and support

Cons

Micro management is overwhelming. They are so focused on on making the sale force numbers look good that they lose track of what's important. The compensation keeps changing and getting smaller and smaller
