Pros

There isn't any. They suck

Cons

Too much a&% kissing. You have to do that to get a promotion. Good evaluations for 16 years doesn't work.

Pros

Compensations and benefits were good. Met some other good sales associates on the job.

Cons

Lots and lots of micromanagement! There are more graphs and charts to tell you how to do your job then the stock market. If you come to the table with a book of business worth 2-3 million dollars. United will have you input every contact you know. They will also need you to record every site and office visit with names, dates etc., into their computer software program Salesforce. You`re confined to a small territory and become a puppet for the big corporate machine. Now when you leave be prepared to get a rash of lawyer letters threatening to sue you if you join the competition. The American way, sue everything.
