Pros

Steady pay, good benefits

Cons

Management was Missing in action all the time. We're never on location. They figured they were on salary so they could get away with it. They wanted to lay out all the expectations but not be a part of the process. When the apathy comes from the captains suite there is little you can do other than to get out and get out in a hurry before you get jaded and take the seed of apathy with you out the door.

Pros

Military friendly company. Bonuses each quarter determining store performance. Paid for uniforms and boots. Great training if needed. Get a phone and lab top.

Cons

For what needs to be done the pay is below par doing research on other companies. Get bounced around to doing call center and working at other stores due to be always short employees. Inside Sales is responsible for a lot and has to cover down on making decisions if manager is unfit to. Everything is last minute and can get a call anytime even on your time off. Very stressful working environment if everyone is not on the same page. Seems employees are just thrown into positions without the knowledge and training to see if that person will stick in that particular job.

Pros

Great company, promote advancement, wonderful benefits, opportunities for growth...growing company and continues to grow. Ultimate focus on safety and family

Cons

Expectations are to be a team leader with those responsibilities, but very hesitant to give the title with the pay
