Pros

Technology investments are very, very good here.

Cons

Management has a dual personality. Some people are valued very highly and accommodated to match their skills and time against the company's needs. Others are expected to accommodate the company's needs. People who find themselves in the latter category will not be happy here.

Pros

Pay was good. Plenty of hours.

Cons

Management controls every aspect even if they don't know a thing about repairing or maintaining equipment. Rush rush rush. No communication. No way to move up in the company. Lazy people treated better than the hard workers
