Pros

Benefits were excellent, mostly good teammates, although there were a few people just out for them selves , good people don't last too long in this company

Cons

Advancement was done through favoritism which is just absolutely horrible, management and corporate seem to turn their back's when I advised

Pros

Good Insurance. Probably ok if you're a technician, mechanic or truck driver.

Cons

This is the poster child for corporate America. Operates as CYA atmosphere and one had better watch their back, as no one there will. Only care about "what you've done for me lately". Made many promises, but did not full fill their end. Many many levels of management and each level micro manages the next.

Pros

Great development opportunities, huge company structure and brand recognition.

Cons

Poor local management support. "Good Old Boy" network at play often. It's who you know that will get you points.
